KUNEKUNE PIGS
Agreeance to this policy is binding for all pig sales when a deposit and final payment are made. By purchasing and transferring money, you agree to all terms listed.
Deposits are non refundable. Deposits are transferable from one litter to another depending on availability within 1 year from litter time frame noted on this contract. If piglet is not purchased within 1 year from litter time frame noted deposit is forfeited.
Piglets are chosen between 5 and 6 weeks of age via pictures and or video. Once piglet is chosen the deposit has been used and it can not be transferred to another piglet. Catlett Creek Acres reserves the right to retain any piglet(s) prior to clients selection process.

Client agrees that if a pig is registered as a pet it will under no circumstances be used for breeding.

Piglet pick up (transport or client pick up) is expected between 8 and 10 weeks of age or within 3 weeks of weaning. Once notified the piglet is ready to go home it is expected that the piglet will leave our farm within 2 weeks of the date the piglet is ready. Adult pigs are expected to be picked up within 4 weeks of deposit placement. Should a pig stay longer the cost per day is $5/day and the pig must be paid in full or the client looses their deposit and the pig will remain the property of Catlett Creek Acres indefinitely.
Transportation costs, health inspections, and arrangements are the responsibility of the client and Catlett Creek Acres will assist if needed with arrangements. Once a piglet is in the possession of the transporter or client Catlett Creek Acres is not responsible for care of the pig.

All pigs from Catlett Creek Acres are registered with AKKPS and all registrations are performed by Catlett Creek Acres. Registrations will be mailed by AKKPS registrar to the client named on this contract and the address on this contract and the client will receive registration paperwork approximately 8 to 12 weeks of pig pickup but may vary due to processing and registration delays beyond our control.

Once client takes possession of the pig the client agrees the piglet is in good health and will not be replaced should something happen to the pig. Catlett Creek Acres does not guarantee any pig will produce offspring or mature to any standards as this is beyond Catlett Creek Acres's control. The client understands that Catlett Creek Acres can not control the pigs nature, meaning that it is out of Catlett Creek Acres's hands when a sow will accept pregnacy, determine number of piglets born, determine color of piglets, determine mortality rate in a litter once born.

NIGERIAN DWARF GOATS
Agreeance to this policy is binding for all goat sales when a deposit and final payment are made. By purchasing and transferring money, you agree to all terms listed.
Catlett Creek Acres retains the right to withhold or retract sales of any animal to any individual at anytime, even if a deposit has been made. Our top priority is our animals' safety and well being in their future homes. Animals need to have proper feed, containment and housing to thrive as well as a disease free environment, attention and best regards; no exceptions.
If you currently own goats, you must provide CURRENT proof of negative disease status in your entire herd for CAE, CL, and Johnes to purchase any of our goats. If you've had animals with these diseases in the past on the same property, confidential disclosure is needed before purchase for safety reasons; including but not limited to Orf. We only accept the responsible breeding of livestock and proper management; no sale is worth any animal's right to a healthy life.

All sales are final, except in the event there is a physical disability/deformity inhibiting a normal life, or, veterinarian proven breeding deficiencies. In either event, we will replace the animal with another of equal value to your liking or seek alternative accommodation. Other situations or conditions may apply, and are based exclusively on circumstantial basis.
We reserve the right to FIRST BUYBACK if you decide to sell our animals after purchase at anytime. Contact us directly.
Once any animal leaves the property, it is up to you to maintain its health. We are not liable for the animal(s) once they leave our farm as many factors apply to the health and well being of said animal(s).
Register-able goats will carry our desired name, unless otherwise indicated.
